Morgan Cunningham

Morgan Cunningham has been practicing law with his father for almost 10 years. He graduated from Westbrook Christian School in 1998, received an undergraduate degree from the University of Alabama in 2002 and his law degree from the Birmingham School of Law in 2006. While in law school Morgan had the privilege of clerking for the Honorable William Noble who was a Civil Circuit Court Judge in Jefferson County, where he was able to learn trial tactics from some of the most esteemed attorneys in the State of Alabama. Morgan serves on the Board of Directors for Darden Rehabilitation and IMatter. He is proud to continue the legacy of Cunningham attorneys who are not afraid to try a case in front of a jury and fight for the rights of all citizens.
